Credit Repair

Yes, 100%. The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) is a federal law that gives every consumer the right to dispute inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated information on their credit report. Credit bureaus are legally required to investigate and correct or remove items that cannot be properly verified.

Under the FCRA, if a bureau cannot verify an item within 30–45 days, they are required by law to remove it from your report.

We use this law correctly, systematically, and on your behalf.

Technically yes — anyone can file a dispute directly with the bureaus. But there's a big difference between filing a dispute and filing an effective dispute.

Most people don't know which items to target, how to word disputes to maximize removal odds, when to escalate, or how to follow up when bureaus push back or re-report items. We do this every day. The strategy, documentation, and execution are what produce results.

Think of it like doing your own taxes versus hiring a CPA. You can do it — but the outcome is usually very different.

Each dispute round takes 30–45 days for the bureaus to respond. Most clients begin seeing movement within the first round. The total timeline depends on how many items need to be addressed and which plan you're on.

  • Starter: up to 3 rounds (~3–4 months)
  • Expedited: up to 7 rounds (~6–7 months)
  • Premium: unlimited rounds until the job is done

Some clients see significant jumps very quickly — we've had clients gain 161 points in 4 days. Results vary by profile.

We target any item that is inaccurate, unverifiable, outdated, or duplicated. This includes:

  • Collections and charge-offs
  • Late payments
  • Hard inquiries
  • Repossessions
  • Judgments
  • Bankruptcies

If a creditor can properly re-verify a legitimately owed item, it can legally be re-reported after removal. This is why we also educate clients on building positive credit behavior alongside disputes — so their overall profile continues to strengthen even if any item returns.

Accounts that are removed due to unverifiability and then re-added without proper procedure can be disputed again.

Yes. We dispute across all three major bureaus — Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion — simultaneously. Each bureau maintains its own separate report, so the same item may need to be disputed with each one individually.

Disputing items does not hurt your credit score. Disputes are not recorded as negative events on your report. In fact, successfully removing negative items almost always results in a score increase.

Completely legal — and the opposite of shady. What we do is grounded in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), a federal consumer protection law that has been on the books since 1970. It gives every American the legal right to dispute information on their credit report that is inaccurate, unverifiable, or outdated.

Credit bureaus are legally required to investigate every dispute. If they can't verify an item with 100% accuracy within 30–45 days, federal law requires them to remove it. That's not a loophole — that's the law working exactly as it was designed to.

What makes some credit repair companies "shady" is when they make guarantees they can't keep, charge recurring fees indefinitely, or use deceptive practices like advising clients to dispute accurate information or create a new credit identity. We don't do any of that.

Here's what we actually do:

  • We review your report for items that are legitimately disputable
  • We build documented, legally-backed dispute letters
  • We submit those disputes to the bureaus on your behalf
  • We follow up, track results, and repeat the process

No fake identities. No fabricated disputes. No promises we can't keep. Just a systematic, legal process that most people don't know how to execute effectively on their own.

Business Funding

We help clients access a range of strategic funding options including:

  • 0% interest introductory business credit lines and cards
  • Business term loans and lines of credit
  • SBA-adjacent funding structures
  • Real estate investor funding (fix-and-flip, BRRRR, rental portfolios)
  • Unsecured business financing

Our focus is on helping clients structure their personal and business profiles so they qualify for the best available products — not just whatever they can barely get approved for.

Many business credit cards and lines of credit offer 0% introductory APR periods — typically 12 to 21 months — on purchases and/or balance transfers. During this window, you can access capital and carry a balance without paying any interest.

This is the same strategy used to fund Airbnb portfolios, real estate investments, and business operations without paying high-interest rates during the growth phase.

Qualifying for these products requires a properly structured credit profile — which is exactly what we help you build.

Yes — significantly. Most business funding products, especially for newer businesses, rely heavily on the owner's personal credit profile. Even products marketed as "business credit" often pull a personal credit check during underwriting.

This is why we work on both personal credit optimization and business profile structure simultaneously — because one without the other often leaves significant funding potential on the table.

Having an established business entity (LLC or corporation) helps significantly, but is not always required depending on the product. We'll assess where you stand and advise you on the right structure before you apply — applying with the wrong setup can hurt your chances and waste hard inquiries.

This depends entirely on your personal credit profile, business profile, time in business, and the funding products we target. The stronger and cleaner your profile, the higher the limits available.

We've helped clients access tens of thousands of dollars in 0% interest funding. We'll give you a realistic assessment of what's achievable based on your actual profile — not inflated promises.

Pricing & Payment

Because we believe monthly billing keeps clients subscribed longer than they need to be. Most credit repair companies charge $79–$149/month and keep you on for 12–18 months. That's $1,000–$2,500+ for the same scope of work we do at a flat rate.

We'd rather charge you once, get the job done right, and have you refer us to everyone you know. That's the business model we believe in.
  • Starter ($499): Up to 8 disputes per round, 45-day cycles, up to 3 rounds. Best for lighter profiles or getting started.
  • Expedited ($799): Up to 15 disputes per round, 30-day cycles, up to 7 rounds, priority support. Best for most clients — highest chosen plan.
  • Premium ($1,099): Unlimited rounds and items, aggressive tactics, priority support. Best for complex profiles or maximum speed.
  • Couples ($1,250): Both partners' profiles repaired simultaneously. Save vs. two individual plans.

No. You pay once at checkout and that's it. There are no setup fees, monthly charges, renewal fees, or hidden costs. What you see on the pricing page is what you pay — nothing more.

We process payments securely through Square. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are encrypted and PCI-compliant.

All sales are final. Because our service involves immediate work on your credit file — reviewing your report, building your dispute strategy, and filing disputes — we cannot offer refunds once the service has been initiated.

If you have concerns before purchasing, we encourage you to call us at (786) 943-1135 so we can answer your questions and make sure the right plan fits your situation before you commit.

The Expedited plan is our most popular for a reason — it gives you more disputes per round, faster cycles, and more total rounds than the Starter at a price that's well within reach for the results it produces.

If you have a heavily damaged profile with many negative items, Premium may make more sense. If you're just getting started and have a lighter profile, Starter is a solid entry point.

Not sure? Call us at (786) 943-1135 and we'll tell you honestly which plan fits your situation.

Process & Timeline

Right after payment you'll complete a short intake form with your personal information. This allows us to pull your credit report and set up your client file. From there:

  • A team member reaches out within 1 business day
  • We analyze all three bureaus and identify disputable items
  • Your first dispute round is built and submitted
  • Bureaus respond within 30–45 days
  • We track results, update you, and move into the next round as needed

We keep you updated throughout the process. After each dispute round resolves you'll know exactly what was removed, what's still pending, and what the next step is. You're never left wondering what's happening or where things stand.

Minimal. You'll need to complete your intake form after purchase and respond to any follow-up questions we have. Beyond that, we handle the heavy lifting. We may also recommend certain actions on your end — like adjusting utilization on specific cards — that can accelerate your results when combined with our disputes.

You can reach us directly at any time:

Expedited and Premium clients receive priority response. We typically respond within a few hours during business hours.

Yes. If you started on the Starter plan and want to move to Expedited or Premium mid-process, reach out to us and we'll work out the upgrade pricing for you. We'd rather you get the right level of service than stay on something that's not moving fast enough for your goals.
