SMS communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through any intake form, purchase, website submission, or verbal or written agreement, you consent to receive recurring automated and non-automated text messages (SMS) from TK Capital Solutions LLC at the phone number provided.

Message types may include: service updates, account notifications, appointment reminders, credit repair progress updates, business funding updates, and promotional offers related to our services.

Message frequency varies based on your service status — you may receive up to 4–6 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from TK Capital Solutions LLC.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. You will receive a single confirmation message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. All opt-out requests are processed immediately. Standard message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, US Cellular, and most major U.S. regional carriers.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support of our services — such as SMS delivery providers — is permitted solely for service delivery. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. SMS consent and phone numbers collected for text messaging purposes will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own marketing use.

All sales are final unless otherwise specified in a written service agreement. Any refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of TK Capital Solutions LLC.
