Trent Kus
CEO & Founder
Trent founded TK Capital Solutions six years ago to give business owners and investors a funding partner that works on their side of the table. He built his own portfolio of 18 Airbnb properties, so he knows firsthand what it takes to find capital, structure deals and scale. He leads the company's lender relationships and strategy, and makes sure every client gets a plan built around their goals, not just a product.
Nicole Moreau
Head of Real Estate
Nicole leads TK Capital's real estate department and brings almost 20 years of experience in real estate lending. As a licensed loan officer (License #LIC2080653), she guides investors and homeowners through DSCR, bridge, fix-and-flip and other real estate financing, matching each deal to the right lender and terms. Her depth of experience helps clients avoid surprises and close with confidence.
Corey Williams
Vice President of Funding Operations
Corey brings over 10 years of real estate experience and was previously ranked in the top 1% of realtors nationwide. He now uses that expertise to help TK Capital clients get funded, combining market knowledge with streamlined systems that keep every file moving from application to closing.
Celia Wilson
Director of Commercial & Specialty Operations
Celia has over 20 years of management experience helping companies grow, plus her own background as a real estate investor. She oversees TK Capital's commercial and specialty funding operations, bringing structure and an operator's perspective to complex deals so clients get solutions that fit how their business actually runs.
Kashkan Reyes
Head of Credit Repair
Kashkan leads TK Capital's credit repair division with five years of industry experience and a background in cybersecurity and computer engineering. His technical, detail-driven approach helps clients understand their credit profiles, address negative items and build the fundability they need to qualify for better financing.
